When a shipment of guns goes missing in the Arabian Sea, the trail leads from a shady Mumbai gangster to a high-profile arms dealer in Delhi. As ACP Adithya Menon races against time to put the pieces of the puzzle together, he learns that the plot is far murkier, and the stakes much higher than anyone ever thought. For the road to the missing guns leads from Delhi to Balochistan and all the way to China via an ambitious new highway the Chinese government is building.
