"Okay ka lang ba?" Tanong sa akin ni Tita Agnes.

Ngumiti lamang ako ng pilit sa kanya at tsaka n'ya ako niyakap.


"Magiging okay din ang lahat Peter." banggit nito habang yakap kami ni Paulo.


Umalis ng yakap si Tita Agnes at pumunta sa likod ng dalawang kabaong na nasa harap namin.


Tumingin ako sa kabaong. Iniisip ko pa din kung anong nangyari sa amin. Hindi ako makaiyak kasi wala akong maalala.



Tumayo ako at iniwan ko muna si Paulo. Madaming bisita pero hindi ko sila kilala.


Lumabas muna ako at madami palang tao. May kasabay palang naka burol sa kabilang dalawang kwarto. Sinilip ko yung isang kwarto napakadami nila. Sinilip ko yung pangalawa, nakita ko ang lalaki na nakatayo sa gitna ng kabaong. Nakakapag taka kasi wala siyang kasama. Siya lang ang nandoon. Baka lumabas ang mga kasama niya.



Naka black siya na coat. Mukhang mayaman at ka edad ko lang din siguro to kasi magkasing tangkad lang kami.




Naglakad na lang ako pabalik sa kwarto namin at umupo ako ulit.


"Peter, mag High school kana. Dahil sa nangyari sa akin nalang muna kayo tumira." -Sabi ni Tita Agnes na katabi si Paulo.



"Opo Tita." -Ngumiti ako sa kanya ng matipid.


Tumingin naman ako kay Paulo nakita ko ang galit sa kanyang mga mata papunta sa akin. Hindi ko alam kung bakit ganoon ang tingin nya.



Simula nung magising ako sa car accident hindi nya na ako kinausap at hindi na din siya dumidikit saakin tulad noon.



Gusto kong malaman kung ano ang nangyare sa amin.



"Tita, tatanong ko lang po kung bakit po kami naaksidente ng nanay at tatay?" tanong ko.



Napatingin sakin si Tita Agnes at iniwas ang kanyang tingin.


"Sa susunod ko nalang sasabihin sayo. Ma magandang tapusin muna natin itong pagluluksa." aniya at hindi na lamang ako sumagot at nanatili lang akong tumingin sa kabaong.All Rights Reserved
