Marco goes searching for Star at the Blood Moon ball. He goes to grab her hand, but what happens when he grabs somebody else's hand? Let's say, a demons hand that he doesn't get along with? And what if they danced under the light? Copyright stuff: I do not own the show Star Vs. The Forces Of Evil. I also do not own any of the characters here. The show was made by Daron Nefcy.

Cato has spent his life trapped in a house that feels more like a prison. Enduring the cruelty at the hands of the very person who is supposed to love him more than anything he finds his escape only in the quiet comfort of the night sky. Each evening, he gazes at the stars, dreaming of a world beyond his own. Unbeknownst to him, his soul has appeared in the night sky, flickering and crying out for help. Astraeus, the celestial keeper of the stars and constellations finds a flickering soul one day. This should be impossible as souls only appear to him in their full form once they have completed their purpose on earth, this soul should not be here but it is and it's begging to be saved. But can a being of the night ever truly reach the earth, or are they destined to remain nothing more than a fleeting glimmer in each other's sky?
