"I wrote a poem for him, and we lasted as handwritten letters did; it was everlasting." I auditioned for my school's upcoming musical play and got a role. There I met someone who gave me butterflies in my stomach. That "someone" is the campus crush and my partner in the upcoming musical play. I remember the night I confessed to him, then the next day, I gave him a hand-written poem confessing my love for him. Coincidentally, they did not end up together because of the harsh criticism was back then, speaking on behalf of my and Asher's grandmother. My grandmother gave her first love a poem confessing her feelings to her. Maybe that's the thing I inherited from my grandmother; ever since I was a kid, I fell in love with writing, and my grandmother was always proud of me. She became a journalist remembering that's the only remaining memory left by her first love. She was my grandmother's number one fan ever since my grandmother started writing. OMG, enough of the chatter, now join me in my journey. -Amber Garcia Disclaimer: This is Taglish
