Jerome Wobner has a lot of stuff he has to do to survive. Even if he doesn't agree with it. He lives on saint Clair avenue, and he can't get a job almost anywhere nor can his father. So they set up a pit bull fighting ring in an abandoned building down the block and they get some serious cash after a couple of months. Soon, though Jerome's mother finds out what he and his father have been doing and in a drunken fit, kicks him out. He's 15 and is homeless, but throughout the book he'll be finding himself doing stuff he never thought he'd be taking part in. He starts out by selling ecstasy, and putting heroin in it so people become addicted and he gets loyal customers. He eventually buys a gun and robs a gas station. He joins a gang and they help him do robberies and sell drugs. After a couple of years of this he starts making mixtapes and finds himself a spot in the rap industry. We follow him through this chaotic journey from the traphouse to the mansion. All Rights Reserved
