The vampire race has dominated every living creature may it be mortal or immortal. 

They enslaved the 'lowly' humans, used them as blood providers and spared those who are able to pay for their freedom. 



The other supernaturals, as expected, disapproved of being ruled by the vampires, specifically, King Lanciertos Rossetti. 



However, their efforts fell in vain.


Due to various plans of dethroning him, King Lanciertos gave the species a warning by killing off their leaders.

Vaddea, the oldest witch, gave her life up to beget vengeance through a curse before the Vampire King gets to her.
