The 53rd killing game restarts and the only person with any memories of the original game is Kaede Akamatsu. She remembers it all so vividly; Rantaro's death, the investigation, the nerve-wracking class trial, and of course, her execution. But then, she wakes up in the same exact locker as before and realizes she has to do this horrible game all over again. She wants to make sure that this time, she doesn't make the same mistake she did before. What will happen when she tries to build Rantaro's trust?

Shuichi -when he is a kid- lives with his parents and his uncle in Japan before they had to move to America, where he left his only childhood friend, Kokichi. Years had passed, and ever since he had moved overseas, Kokichi had made some new friends: Maki and Himiko. Their first high school year only started for them, but the murderous group that was once in America named 'The Despairs' had travelled to Japan, and was followed them was none other than the young detectives Shuichi with his non-biological sibling Tsumugi. They both enrolled in the same high school as Kokichi and his friends and things happened. Now how will this go as Shuichi and Kokichi solve things out while Shuichi's on the road to getting the Despairs to justice? The bear decided that he would create a motive that was sure to create chaos.it would definitely excite the viewers and himself.
