Olivia Torn has been disappeared for almost 5 years alongside his boyfriend Oliver Queen. The reason why she left was his father. Her father, Lewis a businessman, was killed in front of her. She wanted revenge. And she will gain it.
Oliver Queen, her boyfriend has also seen his father killed in front of him. Their father's were friends from childhood and they shared everything. They were both businessman and they had same enemies. Logan, Oliver's father, also had the little notebook with him with the exact same names on it that Lewis had on his book.
Starling City has been a city with many delicuents and full of strange crimes, they will bring back justice to the streets of Starling City eliminating the names that they have on their dad's little book.
Their mothers and siblings don't know about it and they want to keep it as a secret. Anyone has to know that they are the ones bringing justice to Starling City using a bow and an arrow.
Everything will change when the Avengers try to stop them, specially one of them, Steve Rogers. Olivia's ex boyfriend, who is trying to take her back.
