My Prince of Light

Mr. Stubs Academy for Gifted Youth is a prestigious school for the best of the talented, called MSAGY for short. Mattiah, a 16 year old girl entering her junior year, has been surprisingly invited to attend MSAGY due to her "exceptional writing skills". Although Mattiah is a bit of a lone wolf and finds school tediously boring, she agrees to attend MSAGY due to the fact her best friend and senpai, Corinne Tomlinson, has been going to MSAGY since her freshman year. At MSAGY she meets new people such as Ike, accepted for his athletic skills; and Link, accepted for his music skills.
Soon, Mattiah runs into a transfer student from Japan named Marth Altea- accepted in MSAGY for his academic excellence. Very quickly, he becomes popular and head of the student body. Despite this, he and Mattiah forge a growing friendship, and Mattiah realizes what it truly means to look on the bright side of life.
