After escaping Gracefield Emma and Ray, along with their other siblings need to survive the half of the world that is filled with human eating demons, and they need to find Mr William Minerva for answers about the world's secrets and what happened to it.

On the other hand Ray has developed some feelings for Emma and is denying it, but he knows he can't hide it for long.
