Elizabeth Roads never thought she was going to be back in South Carolina. Let alone fall in love with her old best friend. Diagnosed with cancer at the age of 8, it leaves her with 1 more year to live.
Blake Crawford never thought his childhood best friend would come back a different person and even hotter. He never imagined falling in love with her either.
So, with 1 more year, what can this mismatched pair do? Pretend they don't exist? Or go back to the way it was before she left?

Note: This was originally a short story that I decided to make longer. So I apologize in advance if you think the plot moves wayy to fast
