Alyssa gazes into Harry's eyes, noticing how they sparkle a little extra under the moonlight.
"Harry, what does this mean?"
He smirks, his hand still resting on the soft skin of her hip, his fingers tapping lightly to the beat of the music playing in the distance.
"It doesn't have to mean anything," he offers.
"Okay. But I don't want anyone to know," Alyssa murmurs shyly.
Harry moves even closer, and Alyssa feels her breath hitch in her throat and her body flushes with warmth.
This isn't what best friends do, she thinks to herself, as Harry flashes her a soft smile.
"We don't have to tell anyone anything, baby. What happens at Sunset Lake, stays at Sunset Lake."
