After finding out Clay has a severe and life threatening dairy allergy, he keeps getting more and more stomach aches and allergic symptoms to other foods to the point he is barely allowed to eat anything anymore. Sapnap starts experiencing more and more problems, every now and then reverting to a younger person while he skips school to escape his bullies. Clay loves taking care of George and the two finally seem to be able to talk about their hidden pain and feelings, but unfortunately, that doesn't solve the problems they go through...
