Haylee dela Torre is a 30 year old single gal living in the hustling and bustling city of Toronto with dreams of having her own creative consultancy hoping to make it big someday. But because of an unfortunate circumstance that happened to her (she got diagnosed with Schizophrenia), she became unemployed and is living a slow paced and simple life living with her traditional and conservative family that emigrated from the Philippines. Sometimes she wonders what it's like to have someone making her a priority since she is used to putting others first. Zac Mikael is an executive of an advertising agency in Sydney's Financial District. He's used to living the life others only dream of -- exclusive parties, traveling from time to time, eating in five-star restaurants, it's easy to say that girls chase him all the time because of his lifestyle. He's got it all, or so it seems. He feels like his life is incomplete even if he's got everything he's ever wanted, even after having a beautiful and successful wife. Haylee and Zac have been childhood best friends turned high school sweethearts. But something happened in the past that changed each of their fates. Fast forward to their adult years, will an encounter again change each of their lives for the better, or for worse?
