Mirkwood (Thranduil and Tauriel post-BOTFA)
The relationship between Thranduil and Tauriel after the Battle of the 5 Armies. How Tauriel is dealing with the aftermath of the battle as she goes back to Mirkwood and realizes that she has always wanted Thranduil's love and affection in her life. It turns out there has been more behind their turbulent relationship than they let themselves believe. The story follows their relationship from the days and weeks after the battle to many years later, during the events from LOTR and after. I absolutely loved their chemistry in the Hobbit and this is my first fanfic. I tried to keep the characters as close to the movie versions as I could (since Tauriel only appears in the movies and Thranduil's personality is only vaguely presented in the books). I am also including info about what happened to Thranduil's realm after the Hobbit from the LOTR book appendices... I am a huge fan of The Books of Eragon and this fan-fiction is a story of two brothers from another dimension, that are more connected to Eragon's world than they could ever think. This story starts years after the war against Galbatorix and his reign over Alagaësia. After Eragon and Arya left with the Dragons, a dark presence started to set over Alagaësia and then everything started to shift slowly as that presence took over... only a Dragon Raider and his friends can save or destroy this presence. Here come the Ark Twins. Its fine, most of these things don't make sense until you go into this world yourself and see what they are both going through, so follow me as we see life through their eyes and try to understand the reason behind the connection with Eragon's World and the Ark twins.
