Indian immunologist Kanury Rao

Kanury Rao is among the best-known immunologists in India. It is believed that he had always garnered interest in immunology. His interest was so strong that, with all his determination, he began to pursue a career in immunology. It can be said that it is due to the result of his determination and interest that he has been successful in establishing his career. It is worth knowing that Mr. Rao has worked as the head of DDRC or Drug Discovery Research Centre at THSTI. At this position, he has been able to delve deeper into his interests and come up with several discoveries.

In his career, Kanury Rao has mastered cell signaling, peptide synthesis, as well as synthetic peptide vaccines' design. In his journey of becoming an immunologist, he first completed his graduation and master's degree. After studying at the University of Pune, he joined Baroda's Malti-Chem Research Centre. Mr. Rao has also studied at the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda for completing the doctoral studies necessary to become an immunologist.
