Vanna Kell is a Tattooed Seeker. It's her job to find possible candidates for the GenEng Organization, or Genetic Engineering Organization. People with above average abilities, people that aren't like everyone else, they are the targets of the program. In return for her services to GenEng, Vanna and her family are guaranteed a place in the Tunnels, the underground labyrinth created to shelter people from the coming apocalypse.
