THE CRIME: Libby was kidnapped when she was 6 years old by a man she knew barely enough off. He was a parent who waved at her every morning--Kind Man. After days of being held in a room with 5 other children, the meal bringer--Kind Man, shockingly--lets her escape to call the police. But escapes before they could arrest him.
