I saw the lack of Hunter/Reader Fanfic so I knew I had to make some.
This story is about YOU! You are a witch who wants to join the Emperor's Coven but keeps failing. You bump into The Golden Guard and at first not get along, but soon he becomes something more.
(Warning: Story is still in editing. And everyone is meaner for some reason? Like when I was writing this I made the main character unlikeable at first, and everyone else)

Angel Of Chaos (golden guard x reader)
(Completed) Burdened with the heavy-weighing title 'Angle of Chaos', you came to the Boiling Isles to escape a harsh past. After the Golden Guard tracks you down, you decide to form an alliance. Due to your demi-immortal status, you believe it is almost completely impossible for you to feel any feelings aside from fury and an eerie, evil content. But, after a battle with your past, your cold impossible heart begins to feel again. And, you soon learn to love again. - TW: DESCRIPTIONS OF BLOOD AND GORE This fanfic roughly follows season 2 of TOH, so check it out if you haven't already. FYI: y/n is your nameComplete
Star-Crossed (Golden Guard x Reader)
(Completed) Gifted with abilities that fit no coven, and a butt-load of unluckiness, you are determined to be noticed by the emperor. You try everything! But, of course, no luck. And then you're finally noticed...! In the wrong situation. Belos brings you in and throws you at the top of the chain, the Golden Guard's second in command; the proclaimed 'Raven Guard'. Soon, he cracks under your happy-go-lucky mindset and dog-like determination, and you find yourselves feeling more than admiration for each other... - This is completely unrelated to my other Golden Guard! Y/N- your name TW: death, blood, phobias, alcohol, smoking etc.Complete

However, you hold a secret that goes against everything you seem to agree with. What are you going to do when the Golden Guard steps in your way? (The protagonist will be treated as they/them). Ⓗunting Ⓨou (Hunter X Reader)
Y/N is 21, and is a wild witch, specialized in Beast Keeping, plants, and Potions. Once she left Hexside, she wanted to use her own magic the way she wanted to, but that would mean joining the emperors coven. She is bound to herself, not a coven. She's a part of this guild of other wild witches like her. And their main goal? To take down the golden guard who's responsible for imprisoning other wild witches. Does she have the guts and the willpower to take this guy down? Or does she realize he's not the bad guy people say he is. (Characters aged up for the sake of being a wild witch and not a student enrolled at Hexside) May involve: drinking, smoking, cursing languageComplete
Cupid's Chokehold (Golden Guard/Hunter x GN reader) BOOK ONE | RE-EDITED
https://open.spotify.com/playlist/73UnmeSszK5TZLPFArx7sF?si=0913035db1fe46ff "If I joined the Emperor's Coven, could we kiss?" Y/N doesn't consider themselves a "wild witch". Sure, they aren't in a coven. But aren't most teenagers still not? They consider themselves a criminal, yeah. Because there's no denying they've committed a couple crimes. Hunter considers them a horrible criminal and definitely a wild witch. He also considers them the perfect chance to prove to Belos that he is worthy of becoming the next Golden Guard, and head of the Emperor's Coven. This isn't great for Y/N, but they'll have to deal with it if they want Hunter to let them free. BOOK TWO: BAD BLOODComplete
Automatic- A Golden Guard x Reader
An assignment as the personal escort of the Golden Guard himself doesn't sound too shabby- especially when you've got exceptional abilities to back you up. But reading minds isn't quite as useful as everyone makes it out to be, and your new charge is as bitter and unpredictable as he is endearing. Worse yet, he seems just as incapable of figuring himself out as you are. Maybe the two of you can figure yourselves out together. Your typical 'impromptu induction into the emperor's coven' story. A self-indulgent romance between the Golden Guard and an unspecified, gender-neutral witch, for self-insert purposes (no I will NOT be using Y/N, and if you ask again you will be petrified. Peace and love.) Oh yeah, you're also a mind-reader. Guess you won't have to wonder what goes on in our beloved Goldie's head anymore.
