A few years ago, Kazuya Hijiri was reincarnated to another world after he died in a car accident along with his parents and siblings. After he arrived and woke up in another world, he encountered a boy and a girl with brown hair named Keyaru and Anna in the forest in a nearby village, and they were getting along very well as best friends after a few months.

However, everything changed after the torture he and Keyaru were receiving from the Jioral Kingdom, the death of one of his best friends, and the death of everyone in his home village broke his mind and drives him insane, turning him into a destructive fatalist.
