Vigilant

My name is Cadence. Cadence Evans.
I have never been particularly fond of labels. I find that they are degrading and harmful. Although I myself have been given a label. One of the worst labels out there. Labels are how people are judged by others, and are usually created for people who are misunderstood.

I am very misunderstood.

Sometimes I wonder if anyone will ever try to take the time to know me, to understand me. Then I met Fabian. He was so kind, and so caring; he was passionate in protecting me from the harsh stares of others. But would that last forever? I just want people to understand me, to listen to me. But I know that that will never happen. Im all alone in this world, and I can't change that.
