He watched from a distance as she played. Running through the park, chasing something from her imagination, he'd never seen her so happy. It was the day of her sixth birthday. Her long red hair and blue eyes along with her bright purple party dress caught the eyes of many visiting the park that day. He'd been watching her for weeks, he knew that today was the day.
