SUMMARY:

Pyrrhia has changed.

No-one ever thought the world would be split into seven different parts. But it's happened. The seven ancient tribes of Pyrrhia have risen again, thanks to the NightWing tribe. A war have begun. The NightWings' evil queen, Queen Battlewinner, is attempting to take control of the entire island. The SandWing tribe has been torn apart as the sisters and heirs to the throne - Burn, Blister and Blaze - fight to take control. The Talons of Peace are trying to stop it. Meanwhile, a group of young people are hiding out at Jade Mountain, trying to stay out of it, stay safe, and stop the fighting all at once.

Moon is a young NightWing who hates war. She's fled to Jade Mountain to hide, trying to keep her own mindreading powers a secret from everyone, the mysterious powers she's inherited by the father she never met. But she isn't the only one in hiding. Two hundred years ago Darkstalker came to Pyrrhia. A real dragon. Now he might be returning.......and Moon in the only one who knows he's there.

Kinkajou is a young RainWing who is trying to stay happy and strong. She's left her adopted sister Glory to take care of her new tribe in the rainforest alone, instead going to Jade Mountain to help her blind friend Tamarin. But soon she befriends the mysterious and shy NightWing Moonwatcher. But Moon has secrets, and Kinkajou remembers that secrets was what brought them to this.

Peril is a SkyWing, exiled by her own self. She doesn't trust anyone anymore, and never will again. Not even Clay. She's exploring her own powers, exploring the unknown alone. Her brother Sky is missing. She's trying to track down Scarlet, but it isn't easy. She realizes soon that she needs help and can't do it alone. She has to learn to trust again.

Ice at Midnight: A Winterwatcher Fanfic by Cataclysm138
28 parts Complete
*COMPLETE* What would've happened if the Jade Winglet never got wrapped up with Darkstalker? If Sora had never tried to kill Icicle? If Winter had never gone looking for Hailstorm with his friends? What if they never got involved in the perils and dangers they faced in the WoF series, and instead the worst things they have to worry about are assignments, drama, and bullies? At least for most of them... Winter is an IceWing as harsh and narcissistic as they come, desperately trying to live up to his parents' expectations. Moonwatcher is a shy, scroll-loving NightWing who hates unfamiliar places. When these two dragons' worlds collide at Jade Mountain Academy, their initial hatred for one another soon blossoms into something more, something neither of them has ever experienced before. At first, things go well for both of them at the academy. However, they quickly learn that the world here can still be as unforgiving as it is outside of school. And when students start going missing, it becomes clear that there's something sinister going on... Together, along with five other friends, can they survive mountains of schoolwork, bullies, and drama that neither of them wanted to get involved in to begin with? Find out by reading Ice at Midnight: A Winterwatcher Fanfic! *Note: I DID NOT MAKE THIS COVER. Carni_Crimson did, huge shout-out for her art skills! If you ever need a cover with dragons on it, she's your go-to.*

Decades of wars and unrest have clawed at the sides of Pyrrhia's dragons for as long as they can remember, and the tales of true peace and dragonets of prophecy are simply whispers of the past. Shrike has never been regarded by his tribe as a real SkyWing. His mother fell ill and passed away when he was a dragonet, and his father, a royal SeaWing, was executed by his dictatorial queen as soon as it was found out that he'd had an affair with a common SkyWing. Still, Shrike remains tethered to the Queen and his tribe. Years of lost wars, unfulfilled treaties, and an excessively lavish lifestyle lived by their ruler, Queen Markhor, have left the SkyWing tribe impoverished and starving, and Shrike, the princess's personal bodyguard, has witnessed the consequences of the Queen's ignorance firsthand. A diplomacy meeting with the SeaWings gone wrong erupts in yet another bloody war, and Shrike is swept up in battle before finding himself caught in between the jaws of the political turmoil that seem to be tearing his tribe apart from the inside out. To make matters worse, a prescient warning delivered years before by the continentally renowned prophet, Hereafter, is unraveling before Shrike's eyes, and its exhortations seem like an echo chamber awfully reminiscent of his own life. That coupled with a newfound power in his claws leaves him spiraling and wondering one question: could 𝘩𝘦 be the terror of talons? ✦ Please read the introductory pages! They will be EXTREMELY informative for understanding the basics of Pyrrhia's situation and the timeline leading up to this story. Consider leaving a vote if you enjoy this story! Constructive criticism and other comments are always welcome.

"I mean, Clay really seems to think that by us being together, we could change the school for the better." "And? What's your point?" "I guess my point is, given the chance, wouldn't you want to make the school a better place?" A story where Queen Glacier's nephew arrives at Jade Mountain Academy for an opportunity to redeem his shattered reputation - only for his annoyingly charming clawmate, Qibli, to mess that up.
