28 year old, Nagata D. Aomori is a current a Vice Admiral in the Marines, he was trained by multiple people in his past, and wishes to excel in the marines, he believes in his own form of justice, one where children shouldn't be blamed for he sins of their parents. They are patrolling the New World, when they need to stop and refuel or risk being stranded in the New World. They eventually stop on a small island known as Sphinx where he soon meets with the crew of the Strongest Man in the World, Whitebeard, issuing his crew orders to finish refueling the ship and sail to Marineford, he bravely issues his challenge to the enemy crew, stating that they will not get past him, he will not allow them to kill is crew, those men have families and have done nothing wrong and he is ready to die for them.
