We all know someone (perhaps yourself) who has a schedule ready for the whole day. From the moment the person gets up until he/she hits it in the evening, this person is busy. Spare time? That word is not in such a person's dictionary. It could also be that free time or "just having fun" during your free time is seen as unproductive, so no room is made for it. You may get a lot done in one day, but is such a lifestyle sustainable? Does little or no free time, a time where we normally recharge, have an effect on our mental health?
