It's a new year at Hogwarts School Of Witchcraft and Wizardry. A safe year. 

Voldemort is gone, Death Eaters have been detained, lives have been lost, and lives have been saved. There's no longer the impending doom of a maniac trying to take over and rule the world. But that doesn't mean that everyone feels safe.

This is a tale of two stubborn boys who refuse to call it quits.  

A tale of two very unlikely groups friends coming together for the roller coaster of life, love, and happiness. 

A tale of love. A tale of loss. A tale of grief. A tale of recovery. A tale of a family coming together. 

Secrets will be kept; and secrets will be spilled. Trust will be broken; and bonds will be made. The story of many adventures will be told; and many more adventures to be made. 

The only question is; who is going to chicken out first?

This is a story based off of JK Rowling's Harry Potter series. I do not own the rights to these characters (there will be a few of my own characters placed in this book, but an author's note will be made stating that I own said characters) nor do I own the rights to any of the places mentioned in this book. I obviously do not own any potions, plants, or spells mentioned either!

This is strictly a fan fiction and I claim zero rights to anything other than the few characters I have created, as well as the plot to this story. 

Now, with that being said, this story is inspired by another book I am writing (and one that I hope to publish). It's not based in the Harry Potter fanfiction world; and that book contains only my original characters and plot. I'm writing both stories at the same time, so if you would like to read one that is not Harry Potter AU, head over to my page and check it out once it's posted!
