Esther, a seventeen years old girl, lives in Halifax, Canada. She does her homework, goes to school five days a week, reads and listens to music to pass her precious time, and yet, she still has a hard time finding the simple pleasures of life. 

She's not bullied, nor is she suffering from any sickness. Instead, she's forced to live with her uncle and her cousin, after witnessing, more than once...
