Violet Ranson had it all. The perfect boyfriend, the perfect family, the perfect life. Every person on the island either hated her, wanted to date her or wanted to be her - and it was usually a combination of all three.

That was until the day that things took a turn for the worst, and Violet was suddenly a Pogue by residency. Everything she had ever known was stripped away from her, and she needed to find a way to scrape through life with what she had.
