Snowstar has received a prophecy to guide her paws and find a medicine cat and a mediator. Her destiny and path will be twisted in many ways, but she will do whatever she can to achieve it. A cat finds out he backstory of the medicine cat as her eyes gleamed with hatred. She wants to kick the medicine cat out but not the way she expects. Meanwhile, Ginger, the new cat in the clan, might finally find a place in the clan.

The clan's journey is only halfway done; they are stuck in a beachside town and have no idea where to go. The clan is losing faith in Swanpaw and relying more on her sister to lead the way. When they run into a pair of two cats known as Splash Sprint and Russet Rush, they have no other choice but to follow the blue-gray tom and his red-furred partner who both seem to be there for a prophecy as well. Goslingpaw is welcomed warmly immediately by the royal family and the entire tribe, who recognise her by facial structure and body build. But her sister receives a colder welcome like the rest of the clan, and BlazeClan is finally treated the way they once treated cats they deemed unworthy of respect by the violent and code-bearing tribe.
