Jacob Robertson, a 17 year wizard born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, is attending Whitestar Academy of Magic in Quebec. In his supply letter it says the school will traveling to Europe for the school year because they are competing in the Quadwizard Tournament  hosted by Hogwarts. Feeling this is his time to shine he quickly buys his books and studies them as much as possible to prepare and prove himself.
