At the age of only fourteen, Joey Olsen was sent to Hell after a brutal family car accident. He meets Meredith, who is immune to his touch. It turns out that Meredith is an Angel, sent to Earth. She's the only one who can save Joey, but Meredith has to find her Heavenly Powers first.
