Rain Dragon

I live in a wolf pack in the mountains that I call family but when a package comes, on my door step it becomes fishy, a dragon that won't leave me alone? Then I soon realize that I have powers that have something to do with ice, and that I don't look the same anymore. You might freak out faster then your mind can keep up with.
