What if... Adrien's father had never let him go to school?
Lila has won, or so it appears. The majority of the class has turned against Marinette, and now the school has become a warzone over who is telling the truth. Marinette has become angry and acts tough to get people off her back, but she can still rely on her friends Kagami and Luka during the school day, who'd managed to transfer to her school... somehow. 

*Translation: They heard something was happening at Mari's school and wanted to help her out, then somehow ended up becoming the bosses of the school.

Marinette heavily relies on her friendship with Cat Noir, and as one of Adrien's few friends besides some internet people called DJBubbles and Kittysectionguitarist, Adrien relies on Ladybug.

So, when Adrien finally manages to get into this highschool, how is he going to deal with this war, and the people who want him to take sides?

Marinette had been just waiting for the moment when Lila struck again. But she didn't expect to lose so much at once when she is accused first of cheating on an exam, pushing Lila down the stairs, and stealing from Lila as well. Expelled from the school and haven nearly escaped becoming akumatized, Marinette starts to lose hope in ever getting back the life that was once hers. Every one of her friends have fallen into Lila's net of lies, all except for Adrien, who can't do much to help her. Her parents don't believe her, and can't even see her without radiating disappointment and disapproval. The life she worked so hard for is gone, and her parents plan to send her to a boarding school away from Paris in a week, which would mean giving up her Miraculous. Desperate to find a way to prove her innocence, Marinette turns to the one person who still trusts her for help: Her superhero partner, Cat Noir. After she confesses what happened, he starts to realize just who she is behind the mask. In this turn of events from the Ladybug episode, things will grow completely different between the two heroes of Paris as they work together to uncover the truth. _____________________________________________________________________ Partially taken out from Miraculous episode Ladybug, the first part of the fanfic is almost entirely the same or similar to the episode's actions and dialogue. Adrien had gotten into one of the biggest arguments he had ever had with his father, leading him to run from his home as his alter ego, Chat Noir. They had grown apart since his mother's disappearance. Adrien always tried to speak with his father and try but he was always busy or away. He finally snapped at his father. But where would he go for the night? He had to find someone he could trust. Marinette wasn't expecting Chat Noir to show up on her balcony with red eyes filled with tears. Her first thought after seeing him was the akumatized version of him, Chat Blanc. She immediately brings him inside, making it her job to help him. She was not going to let her partner become her worst nightmare. He needed some place to feel safe? She would become that. It became an everyday thing. Chat Noir would visit Marinette every day, they would talk about their days as Chat tried to keep his as dense as possible to not reveal his identity. They would play video games and eat food from the bakery. But what happens when something happens to Marinette that makes her break? Marinette has no where to go so Chat decides to be that place. After an accidental identity reveal to Paris Marinette decides she can forgive. After that her life is perfect. She has an amazing boyfriend, great friends, and Paris embraces her being Ladybug, but sometimes stories don't have happy endings. A certain liar comes back into their lives and messes everything up.
