You arrived back to mondstadt after doing your commissions, you start early in the morning so you had most of the day to relax and hang out with Paimon as you had planned lunch with her at Good Hunter a restaurant there. While claiming yiur rewards for doing your commissions a peculiar green bard walks toward you.
