When all of the universe of time completely freezes... Everything, everyone, every particle and atom. The whole galaxy is still and silent, everyone except for one 16 year old boy called Tyler- 'Time Freezer'. He thinks he's the only one unfrozen, or is he? There are more people that are still moving, in fact a whole group of them.
What will happen when he meets them? What will he find? What will happen when he discovers the truth? What will happen in the 'freezing time'?
