I Peter Carts, am the only child, of Matthew Carts. One of the two victims, that ever escaped the killer clown. Let's just say that the side effects of my fathers child hood, are not very normal, and they may have even led him to turn out exactly like his almost murderer. Let's also say that, before he passed away he taught me his trade.
