Thousands of years in the future Freya Delon, the resident teenage genius of The N.S.O.F, otherwise known as the National Scientific & Observational Facility, develops a way to travel through time. Soon after this revelation occurs, a S-Class criminal Amber Ceila steals the blueprints for the time machine device and heads to change the past.
