this is a hunger games/ avengers story

y/n is a widow in the red room. Every year Dreykov sends one widow to district 12 to be part of the ceremony to hopefully get picked as tribute. He mostly sends widows who aren't good a fighting to try and get rid of them. This year he sends y/n; his best widow. She has no clue why he would pick her until she arrives...

Natasha is in the avengers tower with the others watching the hunger games. Her and Clint got an order to take down an assassin. To kill the time before they leave they decided to watch the hunger games. They can't do anything about the games despite how badly they want to. All of a sudden they see their target on the tv. They keep watching and discover some interesting things...
