When Tomura Shigaraki or Tenko Shimura was only four years old, he was punished by his father for looking at a picture of his grandmother who was Nana Shimura. A hero. Tenko was forced to stay outside, during this, his decay quirk activated. Killing his whole family in the process.
This is what happens in the canon story of My hero Academia. But in Dusty Deaths, Tenko has an adopted brother; Izuku Midoriya. What happens when Izuku gets a quirk? A death quirk to be more exact. If any biotic organism comes into contact with Izuku's skin, they die instantly.

Needless to say that he was devoted to be the best villain they ever have seen after what they did to him. How long can one endure all the humiliation, bullying and suicial batings until it was too much? Who knows! However, there was one person who would find this out very soon. Izuku Midoriya was born quirkless yet he was trying to do go through his life the best he could, enduring, fighting and standing back all the time. There was not a day he was not actually fighting to survive in the school and his life. Too bad that without anyone backing up that little green bean, was all on his own. There was no one he could really trust and ask for help. In response to all his pent up emotions, nature and his body reacted and perhapse it was also the sheer fact that the small greenette found hismelf in quite the situation where fight or fly was the best he could do..... Without telling too much, find out for yourself how this quirkless kid became not so quirkless and what his quirk was up to and how far it will go to make sure that nothing would happen to Izuku at all. Izuku stood in front of a massive crater. Inside stood the man Tomura Shigaraki. In his arms held the small form of Tenko Shimura, the young boy who he had saved from the mental mindscape of both Tomura and All for One. The young boy had taken a blow that would've killed Izuku Midoriya if the boy hadn't gotten in the way of the attack. And as Izuku held the boy, he watched as the 5-year-old Tenko started to decay right in front of him, unaware of the fact that his body was screaming at him to drop him and continue the fight. Across the battlefield Izuku could see that Tomura himself was decaying as well, and as he pulled the boy to his chest, Izuku cried for the failure to protect him. And once the boy had fully decayed, Izuku's own hands began to decay as well, considering he was holding the boy... Izuku could accept the fate of not letting him go. That is the summary, let's begin the story!

Izuku Shigaraki, younger brother to Tomura Shigaraki both boys are the son of Hisashi Shigaraki, AKA All For One. Tomura has his decay quirk and training to gain All For One from his father. Izuku on the other hand, his quirk is an upgraded version of All For One, he's more powerful than his own father. Izuku is also able to act like an innocent cinnamon roll even though he could be mistaken for the devil himself. The brother duo, is absolutely horrifying when working together. Izuku has white hair and grey eyes but when his quirk is activated his eyes go from grey to crimson red matching his older brother.
