When Tomura Shigaraki or Tenko Shimura was only four years old, he was punished by his father for looking at a picture of his grandmother who was Nana Shimura. A hero. Tenko was forced to stay outside, during this, his decay quirk activated. Killing his whole family in the process.
This is what happens in the canon story of My hero Academia. But in Dusty Deaths, Tenko has an adopted brother; Izuku Midoriya. What happens when Izuku gets a quirk? A death quirk to be more exact. If any biotic organism comes into contact with Izuku's skin, they die instantly.

Needless to say that he was devoted to be the best villain they ever have seen after what they did to him. They thought he was the UA traitor and put him through a lot only because of his love for quirks and his hobby to analyze and write them down. As if that was not enough his mother hated him because of his status of quirklessness. Now in the middle of the game, Izuku made a terrible choice that may cost his live. However what he found himself into was not the infirmary of UA or heaven, no he found himself in the body of his past self in a different world where everything was still open for him. He quickly find out that this was not his past since he now had a loving mother and memories of his past 14 years in a 13 year old body.
