So this is my journal. My way of reaching out for help without feeling like a burden. 
Don't take this personally a lot of this was written at my angriest or when I was in the most amount of pain from the situation.
If you are just starting reading this, know that some of the things I was feeling I don't anymore and some of the coping mechanisms I used I don't now. Some of what I said years ago is no longer true, some of it is. This is just a written record of how I figured it out and processed it.
You probably shouldn't be reading this. It's a lot of negativity and complaining and depressive episodes. That's not healthy to dwell on and I should know.
