Since childhood, she had been dubbed a total failure, useless and a burden. Her family was not well-off. She did everything to please them, achieving high grades and soon set to graduate with Latin honors. But things were not in her favor. No matter what she did, their treatment of her remained the same; they always considered her sibling to be better. Thus, she promised herself that she would do anything to succeed, striving to seize every opportunity that came her way. In the midst of searching for her oasis amid piling problems, she encountered a bakery-slash-café owner; a tall, visually mesmerizing, and above all, arrogant man.
She thought that being in his embrace would fill the hollow space in her heart; she believed his embrace was the safe shelter she had been waiting for.
But in just one snap, everything changed. He became her Catastrophic Oasis.
