Neko's are a rare species, they have are like normal human.... well besides the fact they have cat ears and a tail followed by sharp canines. 

Some even have cat like abilities like retractable claws, a sharp nose and ears that are much stronger than any normal human,cat reflexes and sometimes even able to see in the dark, though those are the most rare ones if they have these traits.
 These rare species are hunted by hunters for high bounty's around the world.
