Nalsy is an ordinary girl who finds herself in a world tied by conflict and everlasting darkness.
Edmund is the cold-hearted general who is ready to do anything to defeat the Darkness.
Whether it was a coincidence, destiny, or military order, they both ended up stuck together.
Nalsy's rebellious nature is exactly the opposite of what Edmund is used to in his military career, which leads to an unlikely friendship and a fight against the Darkness.

The story is full of dull moments, with few exciting action scenes, friendship, romance, and a bit of magic.

Can the Darkness be defeated? Will the prophecy come true? Will Nalsy's unpredictable character have any effect on stoic Edmund?
Keep up with the story to find out!

"The one with the power to conquer the Darkness approaches. The true Queen will return. The darkness will be over. You'll suffer a great loss. You'll suffer." Elder said. "Thee wields the great power, but it is yet to be unleashed."

𝑭𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑩𝒐𝒐𝒌 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 '𝑨𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆' 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔 A lifetime of grief. A thousand years of waiting. Enough torment to cripple the divine. But Sanya found Edmund, at the end of it all. He held her in his arms again. They were reunited. After all the pain, there was love. And love seemed enough to give up everything- yet again. Love was enough to take his hand, and walk into another realm. But new worlds do not fix old aches- and they can even end up creating new ones. New people, new sights, new moments do not take away from the memories of the old. Loss- of home, of family, of love, of identity, of everything- can be pushed back, but the agony of it festers like an untreated wound. And, really, is love- even love that has survived so much- enough to cure so many wounds, borne of too many kinds of pain? But Sanya doesn't care. Edmund thinks that he doesn't care, either. They have each other again- no amount of teachers and separate schools and parents can keep them away from each other- and that togetherness was what was important. That was what mattered. But the question is, I suppose- is the once-True lying to her love, or to herself, or both? - 𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚: Mature language, explicit sexual scenes, use of slurs, attempted suicide, self-harm, racism, queerphobia, mention of internalised homophobia, violence, recollection of trauma. - #3 in #narniaau #4 in #medievalfantasy #5 in #skandarkeynes #5 in #ocfanfiction #7 in #worldwar2 #8 in #narniafanfiction #28 in #1940s #31 in #kingsandqueens •••• The Alliance Series, as found on @EdsGryff: 'Alliance' 'The Heirs' 'Moonshine' 'Fairytale?' ••••

King Hakan of Telmar is threatening war with the Narnians unless some sort of agreement can be reached. In the pursuit of peace, King Edmund has crossed the lands to Telmar. Waiting for him is Yvaine Shula, a lady of King Hakan's court. Ever since she was little, Yvaine was fascinated by Narnia and all of the creatures who lived there. Most of all, she was curious about Aslan and the four sibling monarchs. When Yvaine hears about King Edmund's arrival, she leaps at the chance to ease her curiosity. Despite the tensions growing everywhere, Yvaine finds herself growing closer to the Narnian king. What will it take to save his kingdom? What can she possibly do to help? And most of all, how big of a mess will her complicated emotions make? DISCLAIMER: I do NOT own The Chronicles of Narnia or any of the lands and characters found within. I only take credit for my original characters and this story. WARNING: This book, while being a work of fiction, still contains real elements and deals with the subject of war. There will be chapters that deal with death, depression, slight gore, etc. ADDITIONAL NOTE: This story portrays the characters as they appeared in the live action films, although I have tried to incorporate more of their book details as well. This is just to clear up some things, such as Edmund's appearance. I based him off Skandar Keynes' portrayal of him. Completed November 17, 2020 *UNSOLICITED CRITICS MAY BE MUTED* see bio

[UNDER EDITING] Rhytdros--leader of the Gods. The ruler of the elements. He is the oldest and most powerful since the beginning of time itself. He is credited for all the prosperity of a kingdom, and no mortal knows what would happen if one were to raise his temper. Lantana knows her place. She's the monarch, the future queen of a kingdom bustling with magic and myth. She would be the most renowned and praised person in the land. Never once overcome by power or wealth, she envied her people's simple, free lives. So, Lantana runs away, into freedom, and from the throne. Years later, she is found and returned to her kingdom. Sorrow, despair, and disappointment all come with the sudden lifestyle change. Along with the negative comes a new, powerful feeling of leadership. The home Lantana is reintroduced into is nothing like how she remembers it. Taken a nasty turn for the worse, her kingdom is being wracked with disaster because of her father's mistake. She will do anything to bring back peace and prosperity to her kingdom, even if it causes catastrophe in its place. ********** Huge thanks to @wandology for the beautiful cover and banner!
