The Illusion world is the remains of the real world, before everything and everyone died. But, everything is seemingly distorted and corrupt. There are "beings" in the sky, watching over the last human/you and protecting you.

There are monsters in the real world that wanna trick you and kill you. The illusion world is protecting you.
