It's 3 years later, 3 years since everything. A lot has changed and there are a lot of bumps in the road.
Jay's mom's condition is getting worse which is really hard on her and Charlie get's some devastating news that shakes her world upside down. Her demons come crashing back and before she knows it she's back in hell, the hell where she lived a couple of years in and what gave her her trauma.
Will she be able to keep both feet on the ground or wills she lose herself and lose everything she fought so hard for.
