Energy works

Energy works is a small community that wants to help people heal.... Physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.

Is a Holistic Family Center Dad offers physical, mental, spiritual and community healing products and services. For the physical body we are for massage therapy and wellness classes, for mental health we offer workshops and group therapies, and for the spirit we offer a place to come and reconnect to yourself, to your body, to your own essence.

We host an exploration meditation every Wednesday from 7 to 8 PM and workshops for teens and adults that need a safe space to disconnect from the day-to-day routine and connect to their own self in a fun, safe, and full of love environment.

Emotional pain can often feel as strong as physical pain and at times can even cause symptoms of pain throughout the body. You can also have a detrimental impact on both short-term and long-term mental well-being, so getting appropriate help and treatment is an important step an energy works a teal is the place where you can find help and support for both under one roof. We are a community of people healing together.
