Every assassin is a level 1-6 and for each level they gain an Opt-Out, they can back out of a mission with no repercussions. Phoenix is the youngest person ever to be level 6 and she is the number one ranked assassin for Scorpion. She takes her job very seriously and will not hesitate to destroy anyone in her way. Asher is a level 3 new agent that seems to be trying to do everything wrong and destroy Phoenix's career while he's at it. When everything goes wrong on a mission it's up to Phoenix to decide, take Asher under her wing or leave him at the mercy of the Boss. Every turn leaves Phoenix more and more unsure about who Asher really is and what he wants with her.
