The Silver Man: Act 06 (of 7)

A deviant adopting the name, "The Silver Man" is loose in Miami. Using the allure of cash and the rush of erotic excitement, unwitting victims voluntarily, sometimes enthusiastically are subdued, stripped, and tormented. Two detectives track down the monster, aided by the most unlikely person, presenting a moral dilemma, where "doing the right thing" simply isn't an option.
