Rebecca Hasam is not a die-hard Elvis fan and never really bothered to learn about him since he was popular in her grandparents' generation, not hers. Well... she has the opportunity to learn more about him when she visits Memphis for her work as a reporter, covering a story on Elvis for Elvis Week. She gets there and meets an Elvis impersonator. After some turn of events, and to her utter shock, she finds that the impersonator is the real thing, and she has been transported to 1965. Now, she's not only a reporter, she is a stand-in actress in Elvis's movie Harum Scarum, the role of which she accepted somewhat impetuously, with a hidden motive to pick Elvis's brain for her story. Die-hard Elvis fans really start pushing the "Elvis Lives" campaign after seeing him sing in various videos of him, mainly one in a mall that goes viral on YouTube, and he meets one of the more popular Elvis impersonators because of it. He soon finds out exactly what happens to him in his own future and he makes decisions that could change it. Will he be able to? And will he be able to convince these future people that he's him and not a really good impersonator?

Finally, after being pushed aside by other reporters the first couple of occasions, she gets the interview she wants with young Mr. Presley, just not in the way that she planned. She's shocked to be coveted by the director of "Loving You" and is thrown into the cast unexpectedly, working right alongside The King. What will she do when she finds herself falling madly in love with him? And what will she do when this honest, charming and good-hearted star falls madly in love with her too? You have seen Elvis with every girl you can think of from the twenty-six Elvis stories I have written. This time, Elvis falls in love with someone vastly younger than him. This may not come as too much of a surprise, since he loved younger women and even dated a girl half his age near the end of his life. I just wanted to take my own spin of this idea. It is 1974, and Elvis is busy doing shows in Vegas. He is still in a bit of a slump because of his divorce with Priscilla the year before, and, for the first time in his life, he doesn't want to have anything to do with romance. He just tries to stay busy. Well, all is thrown off-kilter when he happens to see a young bellhop at the hotel he's living and working in being mistreated. Of course, he will have none of that. Turns out the lad is a young woman, to his surprise, as her blonde hair escapes her bellhop hat. This blonde beauty looks no older than twenty-one, but... well, we all know how much Cupid loves toying with Elvis. And this girl, who happens to not be much of a fan of Elvis, is shocked when she starts feeling something for a man nearly twice her age!
