"W-what do you mean..?" Annyl asked, retreating behind Saber. 

The stranger turned back to them. "It means you're not.." He paused, then continued. "...'human.."  He paused to glance at the girl with the mismatched hair named 'Phoebe'. She shrugged.

"Then what ARE we?" Dace demanded. 

"And what do you mean we're not human?" Isabella added. 

Maxwell tightened his grip on Griffin's shoulder, biting his lower lip. "I kinda found that out," he said, "But I still couldn't quite believe it.." 

The stranger hardened his expression. "Figure it out."

I screamed in my head and suddenly stopped. Since the guard didn't see me stopping, he pulled on the chains and they burned my wrists. I screamed in agony and soon, Mr. Ashford was next to us, hitting the guard. "You stupid idiot what have you done" "I am NOT going with him" I cried, pulling my hands to me, screaming, and just maybe trying to burn my wrist down to be free and run away. "Stupid bi*tch, get up" Mr. Ashford kicked me and grabbed me by my hair. "Please don't hit my kitsune, Arthur, I want her... fresh." Reynolds came to the back of the store too and our eyes locked. Well, at least for a second before I tried jumping on him to rip his head off; only if Ashford wasn't holding me by hair and a guard by the chains. Reynolds laughed and came closer. "It's like you know me" "Oh, I know you" I spat on his face and he wiped it with almost no emotion. Only his fangs betrayed how annoyed he got and the image stopped me from moving altogether.
